Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 6 days from delivery for unused products with original tags and packaging.

Products that are used, damaged by the customer or without original packaging may not be accepted.

Damaged/Wrong Product
Report within 48 hours with photos and an unboxing video.

Refunds
Refunds are initiated after inspection and credited to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary.
